Full-Time position. We are looking for an out-going, detail-oriented, energetic person who has what it takes to help with our growing needs. The Scheduler will perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for Clients/CAREGivers. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and most importantly a positive attitude. The candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high level customer service skills and be an excellent multitasker.

Other position requirements:

Complete a criminal background check, driving check and drug screen

Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines

Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships

Availability to be on-call for scheduling and client care issues on some evenings and weekends

Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner

Monitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the Clear Care operating software.

Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgement and good decision making skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly in a fast moving small business

Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to communicate with compassion and listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephone

Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality care

Follow up with client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved

Participate as needed in all CAREGiver meetings

Must present a professional appearance and demeanor

Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous scheduling experience, use of ClearCare software, and/or CNA/HHA experience a plus
